The Party

The Party was a co-production with One Little Pony and One Crazy Frenchman Productions, presented at the Vancouver Fringe in September 2005.

Written and directed by Jacques Lalonde, The Party involved twenty artists of varying disciplines and combined them into an interactive extravaganza. With a message of “make love, not war,” The Party included original songs, original monologues, bands with original music, and novelty artists.

Each scene offered the wandering partier a unique perspective on the idea of enjoying life while one can and caring for each other, rather than fighting with one another. Some partiers came to see the show more than once.
