Lillie and Flynn Work-In-Progress Presentation
This past November 2006, Fugue Free Theatre presented the first phase of Lillie and Flynn. This one-hour version was presented at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts as a part of their “Sneak-Preview” program for promoting works by up-and-coming artists.
Each evening also contained a talk-back session at the end of the show in which audience members were invited to give feedback on the script to aid in the re-mount.
Lillie and Flynn starred Laura Di Cicco as Lillie and Mike Wasko as Flynn. Tracey Power made her directorial debut. Musical accompaniment was by the ever-adaptable Steve Charles.
This production was also developed in conjunction with Killarney Secondary as part of Fugue’s ongoing Youth Mentorship Program, in which we invite students from less-advantaged communities to become involved in aiding in the production of our shows.
